Our neighborhood has a contract with Ferrellgas.
As a result we enjoy a neighborhood co-op discount on propane.
To participate in the coop you must be a current member of the neighborhood association.
To join, simple submit a request via email: lvrmna@gmail.com. Incluse you name and site address.
Then just call Ferrellgas (265-5896) and ask to joint the LVRMNA propane co-op.
The purpose of the Lake Vera/Round Mountain Neighborhood Association is to sustain the quality of our rural environment
and foster a sense of community for present and future residents. Some of the current activities designed to implement these
goals are: Annual picnic, yard sale, newsletter, outside speakers , fire prevention, working with children’s camps, initiating
neighborhood cooperatives such as the Propane and Septic Coops, and generally sustaining the quality of our environment.
We ask you to join the Association. Benefits include functioning as a community, an email newsletter,
implementation of neighborhood projects, and, we can provide a united force to address neighborhood issues before governing
